As the Nation’s Capitol buzzes with rumors of House and Senate conferees being appointed to consider finalization of a Juvenile Justice Bill, we must keep our views on the opinion radar screens of our Representatives and Senators.

Legislative proposals to close the so-called “loopholes” at gun shows are nothing more than thinly veiled gun control measures, and we need to let our elected officials know that we will not stand for the charade.

The best way to do this is to write letters, preferably handwritten. The letters must be polite, and stick to this issue alone. It is imperative to write to your Representative and to both of your Senators, even if they have a horrible record of voting anti-gun. They need to know that there are voters in their district that still demand their rights.

If you need help finding  addresses of your Representative or Senators, or help with writing the letters, please call CCRKBA at (425)454-4911.
