WHEREAS, the democrat Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and his fellow gun grabbers in the US Senate are doing everything they can to prevent President Donald trump from getting his pro-gun rights nominees confirmed to the federal courts; and

WHEREAS, gun grabbing billionaires like former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and left-wing fat cat George Soros are pumping millions of dollars into this fight to defeat judges who support our Second Amendment gun rights; and

WHEREAS, anti-gun rights organizations along with leftist MoveOn.org and Obama’s Organizing for Action group are putting intense pressure on democrat Senators to obstruct, delay and resist confirming any federal judge who will protect our right to own and use a firearm for self-protection; and:

WHEREAS, there are over 110 vacancies that need to be filled in the federal courts. Courts that in most Circuits are now dominated by anti-gun rights judges that were appointed by Bill Clinton and Barack Obama; and

WHEREAS, we have a once in a lifetime opportunity to insure that our federal courts preserve, protect and expand our gun rights; and

THEREFORE, I petition you to make sure that every pro-gun rights judge President Trump nominates will be confirmed by the US Senate as soon as possible.
